I can't bear winers but love winey coffee and Guatemalan coffee seems indicative of that profile upon my palate. This Cooperative was established in 1982 just after the conclusion of Guatemala's horrific 36 year long war. This a small group of growers comprising of around 13 different local families plus 50 independent neighbours who deliver their coffee to the wet mill.
Varietal - Sarchimor
Processing - Fully washed and sun dried on patios.
Altitude - 1800-2000 metres above sea level.
Flavour notes - Orange , Lemon, Cherry, Marzipan.
