Colombia - La Siberia


This wonderful coffee is from the Tolima region of Colombia. The sandy and volcanic soils are irrigated by glacial waters flowing from the snow-peeked Andes

This Yellow Caturra Varietal Arabica is grown at around 1800 metres and has distinctive yellow fruit when ripe as opposed to the normal red. It is sun dried in African beds. 

When tasting we find floral, fruity and citrus flavours with aromas of caramel and grapefruit. It has medium bright acidity with a creamy body. 

We have tried this coffee all ways and we get such great feedback from everyone. In particular we are enjoying this in a drip filter and we find everyone who has a cup buys a bag. It is one of the best coffees we have ever roasted.
