Ethiopian Yirgacheffee
Ethiopian Yirgacheffee coffee originates from the Idido village in the Yirgacheffee district, which is renowned for producing some of the finest single origins in the world. The village’s perfect climate and skilled cultivators contribute to the distinctive characteristics of this single origin. Enjoy its vibrant cranberry, bergamot and milk chocolate flavour notes, which create a harmonious yet complex cup that is equally refreshing and indulgent.
Papua New Guinea Kongo B
Our Papua New Guinea coffee has been ethically sourced from high altitude Papua New Guinea coffee plantations. It is cultivated at an altitude of 1400-1900m above sea level. The plantations offer ideal coffee growing conditions with quality fertile soil. Indulge in its chocolatey and spicy flavour profile with flavour notes of chocolate, toffee, nutmeg and orange. The Papua New Guinea Kongo B also boasts excellent ethical credentials as it supports the Jerry Kapka School project. You will be supporting education in the local community with every sip of this single origin!
Nicaragua Natural
Our Nicaragua coffee is an exciting single origin that has earned the Strictly High Bean (SHB) classification due to its high altitude cultivation. It is ethically sourced from Nicaragua coffee farms that are situated at heady altitudes. We love its full and smooth body and high acidity, which leave a lingering and fruity aftertaste for you to savour in every cup. Its fruity taste profile with pepper and cedar is complemented by distinctive dry rum overtones. Enjoy Nicaragua Natural's distinctive dark chocolate, fruit and spice flavour notes in an excellent espresso or magnificent milky coffee.

It is a great choice for a balanced espresso and is difficult to beat for milk-based coffees. Peace & Hope is also our chosen blend for the coffee bar at our roastery.
