We work with sustainable coffee farmers, who are paid a good price for their quality coffee, which we know makes an excellent espresso. After our sustainable coffee farmers have cultivated some exceptional coffee beans, the magic begins at our roastery, where our roast master Romeo expertly small batch roasts our coffee. During the roasting process, we roast the beans carefully to make the most of the natural flavours and create a balanced flavour profile that is just as the coffee farmers intended.
